Fort Bend ISD demographics: 2022-23 projected enrollment expected between 78,000 and 80,000, says demographer

Student enrollment at Fort Bend ISD is projected to increase anywhere from 0.85% on the low end up to 3.26% on the high end for the upcoming 2022-23 school year. That represents an increase up to either 78,314, 79,131 or 80,183 students from an October 2021 enrollment of 77,651 students, according to projections provided by demographic firm Population and Survey Analysts, which delivered its spring 2022 demographic report to the district’s board of trustees during its Feb. 14 meeting.
